Project Summary

The EMPOWER project strengthens the skills of youth workers in social entrepreneurship, intercultural communication, and Non-Formal Education (NFE) to boost their employability and capacity to support marginalized groups, including refugees and displaced youth.

By combining hands-on workshops, interactive methods, and collaboration with local stakeholders, the project bridges theory and practice, enabling participants to address real community challenges.

Guided by the European Training Strategy, EMPOWER fosters adaptability, innovation, and inclusive practices, empowering youth workers to become active agents of change in their communities.
